  • Statement on Administration’s Freeze on Federal Assistance

We are aware of the White House-issued memo directing all federal agencies to freeze federal funding temporarily. It is our understanding that rental assistance programs, like the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, will not be impacted. We will continue to work with our partners at HUD to gain more clarity regarding this directive and future potential impacts on housing programs. As always, residents should continue to pay their rent and comply with their leases. As of Wednesday, January 29th, the White House has rescinded the funding freeze. We will continue to provide updates on our website.
