If you suspect program abuse by an applicant, participant, or landlord, please call 831-775-5000, extension 5014 or you may put your concerns in writing and mail them to the housing authority for investigation. HACM takes every complaint of program abuse seriously and staff will investigate all allegations to the fullest extent possible. Information received is kept confidential and anonymous.
