About Us

The Housing Authority of the County of Monterey (HACM) staff and executive leadership are a dedicated team committed to providing housing solutions for the most vulnerable members of the Monterey County community. HACM presently assists families and individuals with housing and is actively striving to expand the number of affordable homes in Monterey County, thus extending its services to even more low-income families and individuals. HACM takes pride in fulfilling this responsibility with a focus on customer service, diligence, and transparency.
